2. Устройства для безопасности

1) Устройство балансировки (модуль управления)

При неравномерной раскладке белья, для предотвращения шумов и вибраций, датчик обнаружения дисбаланса помогает равномерно разложить белье и продолжить процесс отжима.

2) Устройство защиты от перелива

Устройство срабатывает, как только уровень воды превышает 2/3 уровня двери, подаваемая вода начинает сливаться автоматически, на панели выдается сообщение об ошибке перелива.

3) Регулирующие устройства температуры (термистор)

Для предотвращения превышения выставленной температуры, ТЕРМИСТОР постоянно измеряет температуру воды в машине и обеспечивает работу машины при температуре заданной пользователем.

4) Защита от перегрева

При неисправности ТЕРМИСТОРА или его некорректной работе, если ТЕН перегревается, встроенный защитный термо предохранитель автоматически отключает питание, обеспечивая безопасную эксплуатацию.

5) Функция защиты одежды из деликатных тканей (модуль управления)

Для защиты одежды из деликатных тканей, машина контролирует температуру поступающей в бак воды. Если температура будет выше 50°С для циклов «Шерсть» и «Деликатная стирка», машина сольет воду и на панели будет выдано сообщение об ошибке.

5. Основные функции

1) Функция автовыключения

После включения функция автовыключения автоматически выключит питание, если вы не нажмете кнопку выбора функций в течение 10 минут
После выбора функции автовыключение автоматически выключит питание, если вы не нажмете кнопку Старт / Пауза в течение 10 минут
Через 5 минут после окончания последней функции, автовыключение автоматически выключит питание, если вы не повторно не нажмете кнопку выбора функций и запуска.

2) Функция контроля открытия дверцы

Если дверь будет открыта в процессе работы, все операции приостанавливаются, и будет отображаться сообщение о ошибке открытой двери и прозвучит звуковой сигнал ошибки.

Ошибка открытия двери может быть устранена путем закрытия двери. Работа машины продолжится с прерванного места.

3) Функция работы без отжима

Если выбрана данная функция, работа будет закончена после последнего полоскания.

4) Функция компенсации перебоев питания электроэнергией

Если произойдет перебой питания в процессе работы, информация о работе будет хранится в памяти машины (EEPROM), как только питание будет восстановлено, работа будет продолжена.
Когда питание восстанавливается, стиральная машина начнет работу с прерванного места, для полоскания / слива процесс начнется заново.

5) Функция проверки работы водонагревателя (ТЭН)

Эта функция начинает работать, когда ТЭН работает некорректно (функция начинает проверку нагревателя спустя 1 минуту после начала работы нагревателя)
Начальное значение (A1) термистора по сравнению со значением (А2) термистора через 2 минуты (Y = A2-A1)
- Если через 10 минут разница температуры (Y) меньше, чем 2°С, на панели загораются светодиоды «40°С/Bio60°С ».
Начальное значение (A1) термистора по сравнению со значением (А2) термистора за 2 минуты (Y = A2-A1) - Если за 2 минуту разница температуры (Y) увеличивается более чем на 4,5°С (0.2148V), на панели загораются светодиоды «cold/Bio60°С ».
В этом случае при ошибке «40°С/Bio60°С » (нагреватель не работает) и «cold/Bio60°С » (перегрев) сообщения индицируются на дисплее, а все рабочие процессы останавливаются.
Действие нагревателя продолжается в течение времени предусмотренного программой, если нагрев отменен, остальная стирка продолжает идти без нагрева.

6) Нечеткие функции стирки (определение количества белья)

После окончания начальной стадии залива воды, белье впитывает часть воды, уровень воды падает, возникает необходимость дополнительного долива воды до стабилизации уровня.

По количеству дополнительных доливов воды процессор определяет количество загруженного белья и после стабилизации уровня воды начинает стирку. В режимах «Хлопок», если дополнительные доливы воды происходят более 3-4 раза, процессор выставляет условие по умолчанию «высокий уровень воды», если долив воды был 1-2 раза, выставляется средний уровень, если 0 - низкий уровень воды. Время нагрева и время полоскания зависит от приведенных выше данных.

7) Функция обнаружения избыточной пены

На каждом этапе стирки, слива, полоскания и отжима функция обнаружения пены работает. Детектирование избыточной пены до 5 раз не вызывает изменений в режиме работы. Если машина обнаруживает пену 6 раз, функция избыточной пены останавливает текущую операцию и машина переходит к следующему процессу.

8) Обнаружение дисбаланса и функция раскладки белья

Функция определения дисбаланса и раскладки белья включается перед отжимом.
Сначала барабан вращается 6 сек со скоростью 50 об/мин для раскладки белья.
Следующие 10 сек, скорость вращения медленно увеличивается от 50 об/мин до 90 об/ мин
В течение следующих 18 сек, барабан вращается со скоростью 90 оборотов в минуту, процессор определяет степень дисбаланса белья по данными тахогенератора двигателя.
По умолчанию белье балансируется при необходимости 6 раз, если балансировка не удалась, система повторяет балансировку еще 6 раз.

7. Функция выдачи сообщений о ошибках

Когда возникает ошибка, эта функция начинает выдавать звуковую мелодию ошибки и выводит сообщение о ошибке так, как показано ниже, миганием индикаторов с интервалом 0.5 сек до удаления ошибки.

В этом случае все движущие устройства выключены, пока ошибка не устранена.

Ошибка залива воды возникает, когда уровень воды не вызывает изменения частоты прессостата более чем на 100 Гц/мин или вода не заливается до предустановленного уровня за 20 мин от момента первоначального залива.

Когда это ошибка возникает, насос слива будет работать в течение 3 мин. и затем остановится.
После этого дисплей показывает ошибку прессостата (рис. 6-8).

В момент первоначального залива воды, если температура воды не соответствует заданной в цикле, вода будет сливаться сливным насосом в течение 2 мин до появления на прессостате частоты 24.5 кГц.

8. Поиск неисправностей.

8-1. Поиск и анализ неисправностей

Все машины с электронным управлением имеют средства самодиагностики, облегчающие ремонт. Ниже приведена информация для точной диагностики проблем.

Предупреждение о безопасности для операций ремонта и замены

Пожалуйста, следуйте инструкции ниже при диагностике проблем и ремонте.

1) Поскольку некоторые электронные компоненты машины опасны высоким зарядом статического электричества, необходимо удалить разность потенциалов, закоротив вилку питания инструментом с изолированной ручкой.

2) Поскольку для симисторов Т1 и Т2 на модуле управления применяется переменное напряжение 220 ~ 240 В, поражение электрическим током может произойти при касании этих элементов. Поэтому надо быть предельно осторожным, так как силовые цепи и цепи управления находятся рядом.

3) Модуль управления стиральной машины – достаточно надежный элемент и редко выходит из строя. Не меняйте модуль управления, если все периферийные устройства не проверены самым тщательным образом, даже если самодиагностика не работает как обычно.

	Нет питания	Разъемы модуля управления подключены нормально? Сетевое напряжение нормально? Блок питания подключен хорошо? Помехоподавляющий фильтр подключен нормально? Есть ли вторичное напряжение на выходе преобразователя питания? Предохранитель в обрыве? (опция)
	Нет подачи воды	Кран водоснабжения открыт? Вы нажимаете кнопку Старт / Пауза после выбора режима? Разъемы и провода клапана водоснабжения в норме? Обмотка клапана водоснабжения целая? Если вышеуказанные вопросы не позволили локализовать неисправность, модуль управления вышел из строя. Замените его.
	После остановки залива воды стирка не начинается.	Подключение и работа реле давления в норме? Есть ли повреждения на трубке реле давления (негерметичность)? Трубка реле давления засорена? Проверьте работу реле уровня воды. Если вышеуказанные вопросы не позволили локализовать неисправность, модуль управления вышел из строя. Замените его.
	При стирке барабан не вращается.	Ремень барабана цел и одет правильно? Обмотки двигателя целы? (Обмотки ротора, обмотка статора, тахогенератор) Тепловая защита двигателя исправна? Если вышеуказанные вопросы не позволили локализовать неисправность, модуль управления вышел из строя. Замените его.
	Во время стирки барабан вращается только в одном направлении.	Модуль управления вышел из строя, замените его. (Неисправность реле реверса)
	Проблемы со сливом	В сливном тракте есть засоры и перегибы? Обмотки сливного насоса исправны? Фильтр сливной воды забит мусором? После замены сливного насоса проблемы остались? Если вышеуказанные вопросы не позволили локализовать неисправность, модуль управления вышел из строя. Замените его.
	Проблемы с отжимом	Обнаружен дисбаланс. Разложить белье равномерно и начать все заново.
	Ненормальный шум при отжиме	Гайка шкива ослаблена? Транспортные болты удалены? Машина установлена по уровню и на твердом основании? (Незначительный шум может возникать во время высокоскоростного отжима.)
	При стирке дифференциальный автомат (УЗО) отключает машину.	Используйте для машины розетку с заземляющим контактом, проверить заземление. Проверьте правильность выбора номиналов автомата. Для проверки возможного пробоя ТЭН на корпус, включите стирку в холодной воде. Если автомат не отключится – ТЭН не исправен Проверьте все электрические компоненты машины на пробой изоляции.
	Нет нагрева	Контакты ТЭН исправны? ТЭН исправен? Если вышеуказанные вопросы не позволили локализовать неисправность, модуль управления вышел из строя. Замените его.

Перед проверкой схем драйверов, убедитесь, что есть напряжение DC 5V на процессоре. Например, когда слив не работает, но сливной насос исправен, нужно проверить напряжение 5В на процессоре.

10-1. Нормальное / реверсивное вращение двигателя и контроль оборотов

10-2. Устройство блокировки люка

Когда блоком управления подается команда «дверь закрыть», подается напряжение на контакты [N] и [L] , дверь остается закрытой все время работы машины. Внутри устройства блокировки установлен электромагнитный или биметаллический элемент, удерживающий двери закрытыми, при этом замыкаются контакты [С] и [L] .

10-4. Распределитель моющих средств и клапаны залива воды

Распределитель моющих средств состоит из корпуса и 3 лотков. Подаваемая вода заливается в 3 лотка с моющими средствами в зависимости от текущего процесса. Клапаны водоснабжения состоят из клапана теплой воды (1 направление) и клапана холодной воды (3 направления).

10-5. Амортизаторы и пружины

Эта стиральная машина оснащена 2 амортизаторами и 2 буферными пружинами. 2 амортизатора расположены снизу бака, 2 буферные пружины расположены справа и слева в верхней части корпуса, бак висит на пружинах. Во время стирки, отжима амортизаторы поглощают вибрацию вызванную дисбалансом белья.

12. Установка стиральной машины.

12-1 Снятие транспортировочных болтов

1) Снять 3 транспортировочных болта, обеспечивающих безопасность машины при перевозке.

2) Вставьте заглушки в отверстия транспортных болтов.

* Не выкидывайте транспортировочные болты и гаечный ключ, они вам понадобятся в будущем для безопасного перемещения стиральной машины.

Внимание! Вы должны удалить транспортировочные болты перед использованием. Если их не удалить, возникнут сильные вибрации, которые могут повредить машину.

12-2 Выравнивание стиральной машины по уровню.

При помощи уровня отрегулируйте 4 регулировочными ножками горизонтальное положение лево-право и вперед-назад.

12-2-1 Первоначальное состояние

1) Регулировочные ножки прижаты к нижней части машины, когда машина выходит из завода. Это условие идеально подходит для низкой вибрации и шума.

2) При изначальной установке машины или ее перемещении, откручиванием 4 ножек отрегулируйте уровень машины и затяните контргайки.

12-3 Установка стиральной машины

3) Машина должна быть установлена на твердом основании. (Не используйте хрупкого материала или скользких материалов, таких как ламинированная бумага)

13. Разборка и сборка

13-1. Верхняя панель.

1) Удалите два винта крепления верхней панели на тыльной стороне.

2) Сдвиньте верхнюю панель на 15 мм и приподнимите ее вверх.

3) Снятие верхней панели может понадобиться для замены и обслуживания контрольной панели, датчика давления, сетевого фильтра, клапан залива воды.

13-2. Передняя панель

1) Снимите верхнюю панель извлеките лоток распределителя моющих средств.

2) Выкрутите два винта крепления панели управления спереди и винт на правой стороне.

3) Снимите нижнюю переднюю крышку при помощи плоской отвертки.

4) Нажмите на ручку и откройте дверцу.

6) Выкрутите восемь винтов крепления передней панели к корпусу.

7) Снятие передней панели может понадобиться для замены и обслуживания нагревателя, насоса, амортизатора и устройства блокировки люка

1) Снимите верхнюю панель.

2) Замените ремень.

3) Проверьте, что ремень находится в центре шкива мотора.

Накиньте ремень на шкив мотора (1) и натяните его вокруг шкива (2).

2) Отсоедините жгут с проводами от двигателя.

3) Выкрутите болт крепления двигателя торцевой головкой с обратной стороны.
